Dunedin Consort, music director John Butt, and the Royal Academy of Music Baroque Soloists come together for a side-by-side performance in Edinburgh and London this November.
🎵 Join us as we celebrate Saint Cecilia's Day with Sir John Clerk of Penicuik's 'Leo Scotiae Irritatus' written to celebrate the (ill-fated) Darien Scheme of the late 1690s, and Henry Purcell's 'Hail! Bright Cecilia' written in honour of St Cecilia, patron saint of musicians.
