Restock of Wildflower and Soft Set Honey delivered to Willow Tree Delicatessen this afternoon. Might have accidentally picked up a bottle of Norfolk Amber Mead while we were in there too. Our next homemade batch of mead is a few weeks away and we can't go that long without mead in our lives!

We don't sell our own Mead (YET!..) but that won't stop us making some for ourselves using our own Honey, and all natural ingredients. This small batch is an orange mead with a little cinnamon, cloves and allspice. It's going to be lovely to drink in front of the fire on the long winter nights to come!
