Hello, I'm Gemma, The registered manager of LQS Healthcare.

I have been working in care for nearly 20 years. I started off with looking after my mum, who suddenly passed at a young age. I then had a void and wanted to work in care part-time (as already had a full-time job). Since then I have worked in care and worked my way up to become a manager which I love.

I understand care from so many angles, from a manager and how the business runs and what is needed,
from a carer and being on the front line and what the client's needs are daily and then from a family view of watching your love one need support.

My job is my passion and will always have my heart. Every carer and client becomes part of my family.
I will always give 100% plus more to what I do.

We are looking for compassionate Carers to join our team in Steyning and Henfield areas. Due to the locations you will need a Drivers Licence and a vehicle. We offer a mileage allowance between care calls.

Our rates of pay are £12 per hour weekdays and £15 per hour weekends.
