Our crowdfunding campaign is now concluded and we at Antinda Care would just like to reiterate how truly grateful we are to each and every one of you. We hope to make more and more positive progress from here and will continue to make updates as we go along.
Our crowdfunding campaign for Memory-Band has had a fairly good run and we’re almost at the end of it. We still have a few more hours for any last minute support. If you’ve been meaning to, please don’t leave it until later. Head to www.crowdfunder.co.uk/memory-band now and get in your donation before 12:00PM tomorrow (Sept. 29th)!
This is just a little reminder that it’s not too late to support Memory-Band’s goal of easing life for Alzheimer’s patients and their families. Our crowdfunding campaign is still live for a little under three days (until 12:00PM on September 29th specifically) and your support could really get us to where we need to be. So please go to www.crowdfunder.co.uk/memory-band and keep sharing, following and donating.
We have just under 5 days left until the end of our crowdfunding campaign run. We're so thankful for all the support - we really can't say this enough. However, we still have £3,225 left to raise. Your continued support will definitely make a difference and will push us towards reaching the finish line. Don't forget, you can offer all of your support at www.crowdfunder.co.uk/memory-band
Our crowdfunding campaign has run more than half of its course and we’ve been able to raise a sum of £2,747! It has been a great week of positive progress and we’re so thankful for each and every donation, follow and share. We're still hoping to top the Santander Crowdfunding Challenge Leaderboard and win an additional £6,000. Your support would really make a difference, so please head over to www.crowdfunder.co.uk/memory-band to aid Antinda Care's goal of supporting Alzhiemer's patients.
September 21st is and it’s only right that we join in the conversation. Today we’re taking the time out to think of everyone affected by this illness, directly or indirectly. One in every four people will be affected by dementia at some point in our lives and unfortunately, not enough people know about it. Unfortunately, there is still no cure for Alzheimer’s but thanks to medical innovation and technology, the illness is easier to manage.
Today, we at Antinda Care join our voices with millions of others around the world to encourage everyone to inform themselves, support charities and causes to support those affected by this illness and ultimately, do our part to improve the lives of those whose living experiences have been altered by this illness.
We’re in the final third of our campaign run, we’ve come such a long way in a matter of weeks and we can’t thank all our supporters enough. Our crowdfunding campaign will come to an end in just 10 days and to ensure all the donations we've received so far go to good use, we need to have raised a minimum of £6,000 by then. You can offer support by heading over to www.corwdunder.co.uk/memory-band where you can share and donate Also, don’t forget to sign in when you’d like to offer support (you can refer to our previous posts if you need guidance on how to do so).
Meet the brains behind Memory-Band, our founder, Antinda Toh. Antinda is a clinical pharmacist who has always been passionate about helping the sick and vulnerable. In fact, right from when she was a teenager, she was already volunteering at hospitals in Cameroon and the UK. Antinda’s goal is simple: to improve lives through medical innovation. This is at the heart of everything Antinda Care does, and is the major inspiration behind the creation of Memory-Band
You can help Antinda Care reach this goal, starting with helping those living with Alzheimer’s and their families. Our crowdfunding campaign is still on-going, so please go over to www.crowdfunder.co.uk/memory-band to offer your support today.
We’re getting closer and closer! This week, we’ve gone from having £1,799 to £2,217 donations. We’re already 36% of the way there and we would just like to reiterate how thankful we are for all your support. We still have £3,783 to raise however, so please don’t stop sharing, following and donating so we can reach our goal by September 29th.
What gets us going every day and why are we so passionate about bringing the Memory-Band idea to life? The simple answer to these questions is that Antinda Care is on a mission to improve lives.
After witnessing the difficulty in taking care of numerous Alzheimer’s patients in her role as a pharmacist, our founder, Antinda Toh, was moved to make things easier. From studying numerous patients and their loved ones, an evident pattern emerged: it was easier to calm patients without the use of sedative medication when they heard the voice of a loved one. This is really at the heart of what Antinda Care is trying to achieve with Memory-Band - to bring ease to both patients and their family members, whether they’re near or far.
We hope you can support our cause, head to www.crowdfunder.co.uk/memory-band to help us achieve this goal.
Did you know that our crowdfunding campaign is part of the Santander Universities Crowdfunding Challenge? Winning this competition could provide us with an additional £6,000 that could help us do even more than we currently have planned. To win, we need to have the highest level of recorded engagements - meaning that all your donations, follows and shares count 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧. So what exactly does Memory-Band do? We’ve mentioned it quite a number of times, and we feel a more detailed explanation of how the device functions is necessary.
Memory-Band is a smart-watch made to maintain constant contact between Alzheimer’s patients and their carers. Each watch is worn by the patient and is connected to a corresponding mobile app on the carer’s device. The watch is made with innovative technology that can alert carers when the patient is agitated, even from a distance, allowing for instant communication that can calm the patient at that moment. Our research has revealed that hearing a recognised voice of a loved one can help calm Alzheimer’s patients without sedation and this is something we want to boost in Alzheimer’s care.
Our crowdfunding campaign to raise money for the testing and optimisation of Memory-Band is still ongoing. You can offer support to help us progress to the point of making these devices available to those who need it. Please visit the link below to find out more and make a donation.

Our CrowdFunder page is officially live! It’s the first day of and what better time to support the people who suffer from this illness. We’re trying to raise funds that will go towards further development of Memory-Band through testing and optimisation. We’ve already come a long way in the development of the product, and the funds we receive can really get us one step closer to making this product readily available to the Alzheimer’s patients who really need it.
We’ve set a goal of £6,000, but we will not receive any of the funds unless our goal is completely met. So, we urge each and every one of you to please offer your support by following our project, sharing the CrowdFunder page everywhere and most especially, by donating money.
The campaign will run for just 4 weeks, so we really are counting on your support. Please head to the link below to find out more and help us reach our goal today!

On Tuesday (September 1st) AntindaCare will launch a Crowdfunding campaign as we participate in the Santander Universities Crowdfunding Challenge. We have the chance to win £6,000 which we intend to invest into optimising our soon-to-be launched product, Memory-Band, but this is dependent on how much support we’re able to get from the public.

We have the chance to win £6,000 which we intend to invest into optimising our soon-to-be-launched product, Memory-Band, but this is dependent on how much support we’re able to get from the public.
So as Tuesday draws nearer, please keep us in mind and help us take advantage of this amazing opportunity.
We are AntindaCare and our goal is to improve the quality of your life through medical innovation! We are working towards launching our very first product, the award winning 'Memory-Band', made for individuals with memory loss as well as their caretakers and family members. Our first patient group will be patients with Alzheimer's disease.
With over 800,000 people in the UK living with Alzheimer's, the idea for Memory-Band was born out of a desire to find a way to help calm these patients in a way that can minimise the need for and use of sedative medication.
We have great plans for the future and hope you can be a part of our journey to spread a positive impact!
