We are seeking a bright individual interested in learning our trade, with a view to developing the role to offer a promising career to the right candidate.
We operate in a specialist area of maintenance and the demand for our services both locally within Charnwood, and across the Midlands has increased considerably since the company was formed.
Whilst our field is technically considered to be 'trade' which can discourage female applicants, we are not at all typical of what you might expect of the manual occupations and encourage interest from young men and women alike.
Exam results are important, but we know that not everyone performs well in the education system, and we don't necessarily consider this to be a measure personal potential.
We are more interested in a polite and friendly attitude, a willingness to learn and follow instructions, attention to detail and a good work ethic.
