This week we have replaced 4 like for like casement windows between the existing stone mullions to this charming 17th century Wiltshire cottage, that was formerly a country inn.

We have just completed front and back door and frame replacements to moulded Tudor stone arched doorways in this charming 16th century country cottage in Wiltshire. The existing doors were replaced with new like for like locally made to measure doors, frames along with period sensitive ironmongery.

We have just completed the final external door replacement for an existing customer, new set of French Doors, Frame and Ironmongery in Hardwood to this 18th century thatched cottage in Wiltshire. All the doors and frames were made from hardwood and were made to measure and sourced from along with architectural ironmongery.

Recently completed staircase renovation. A simple way to update your home, creating the impression of a brand new staircase but at a fraction of the cost. Existing Newel posts were replaced with new primed square section posts that were doweled into position and fitted with new oak caps. Existing softwood baserail and spindles were replaced with new primed baserail and twisted primed spindles, the existing handrail was also replaced with new oak handrail and all were hand finished with Osmo oil. We’ve just completed a window replacement project to this Wiltshire country farm house The project included refurbishing, renovating and replacing like for like existing sash and casement windows.

Custom-built under-stairs storage can be designed to fit any size or space, ensuring that every inch is utilised effectively and efficiently. Along with a staircase renovation to update your home. We have just completed this staircase renovation, turning unused space into a truly functional and practical storage solution. Constructed from MDF, it was split into 4 units, all doors were fitted with soft close Blum hinges and push to open catches. The drawer units had soft close push to open drawer runners. The shelves were supported on individual shelf studs, the largest of the units was fitted out with coat hooks.

Out in the cold last week. Removal of existing sawn finished mock Tudor style timbers. Replaced with new Idigbo boards treated and ready to be painted.

This week we have been replacing existing cottage style ledge and braced cottage style doors with new bespoke hardwood doors. Pictures show work in progress and finished doors.
