My journey into yoga began around two years ago. I am an avid runner but found that I lacked stamina. I discovered yoga to be the solution. Marrying breath to movement, I found that I could relieve the aches and pains in my body. I started feeling rejuvenated. I wanted to share this amazing gift of yoga with others. This is what led me to undertake yoga teacher training. I am a qualified 200RYT -

My classes are suitable for everyone as I always break down postures, guide you through warming up your body and achieve the strength and flexibility that you are capable of. In today’s session we practiced one of my favourite postures - the pigeon pose (eka pada rajakapotasana) this pose targets the hip flexors, glutes and piriformis muscles. It helps improve the range of motion in the hips and also strengthens the muscles in hips and lower back. A lovely session on a wet and windy Wednesday. Thank you to all the lovely yogis that practiced with me. You are all amazing 💕💕💕
