Having retired from the Army and semi-retired from running, I decided to dig out my running trainers and leave my Warrior Bergen behind this morning to take part in a local 10k race at beautiful Compton Verney, brilliantly organized by Tempo Events.
Completely unsure of how I would fare, I managed to place 5th overall with a time of 39 minutes and finished 1st in my age category. Not too shabby for my first 10k run in about three years, especially at 44 years old.
Great proof that Warrior training and Tabbing are excellent ways to stay run-fit and strong!

These graphs showcase the outstanding progress of a Warrior Strong Fitness client, highlighting the remarkable gains achieved by consistently participating in TAB sessions 3-4 times a week over an extended period.
Notably, while the client's overall weight has not decreased significantly, this is due to an impressive gain of 1.7 kg in muscle mass. At the same time, the client has successfully lost 5.1 kg of fat.
These results also underscore the inadequacy of BMI as an accurate indicator and measure of effective weight management.
What these results don’t show is the even more significant cardiovascular improvements and strength and endurance gains.

Just a reminder! Warrior ROX Tonight 1830-1930
Warrior ROX combines functional movements and endurance exercises. It consists of 10 different TRX exercises each followed by a 400/600 m run. The workouts include exercises that are designed to test strength, speed, and stamina.
Warrior ROX is an excellent training session because it provides a comprehensive, full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance. The varied exercises simulate real-life functional movements, enhancing overall athletic performance and resilience. Additionally, the competitive aspect can motivate you to push your limits and achieve new personal goals.

Tonight, Warrior Strong Fitness brought the heat with an exhilarating and challenging workout at Finham Park! Led by Daniel, one of our seasoned Coventry instructors, the session was packed with fun and intensity. Participants were treated to an unforgettable experience, pushing their limits and leaving feeling stronger and more energized than ever.
Wednesday's Warrior ROX session at Kineton tonight was absolutely epic! We conquered 100 reps across 6 different TRX exercises, followed by a 600m run or a 400m TAB for each set of 100 reps. The challenge was real, with the choice of weight or distance entirely up to each individual's preference. The goal? Crush as many rounds as possible within a 45-minute window. Everyone pushed themselves to their limits, setting personal records and achieving amazing results.
