We are delighted to confirm that Lola's recently announced entry to season 11 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship will continue for the GEN4 era, ensuring our presence on the grid until at least 2030!
Lola is saddened to hear of the passing of the great Ted Toleman, with whom the company was proud to collaborate in the production of the T850. The defending European Formula 2 champions at the time, Toleman Racing would go on to write a lasting legacy in Formula 1 and beyond. Ted's pioneering approach and competitive spirit will be missed by all who knew him.
Lola is delighted to be partnering with ABT to explore far reaching areas of sustainable motorsport. The first step in our new joint venture will see us unite to compete in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship using a powertrain co-developed with technical partner, Yamaha Motor Company.

Sunday Service, Episode 8: The Lola T700 run by Newman/Haas in 1983 took wins via the legendary hands of Mario Andretti at Road America & Caesars Palace. Mario claimed third in that year's CART PPG Indy Car World Series.

Former Lola commercial manager and MD, Mike Blanchet (below with Gerrit van Kouwen and James Weaver in 2008), has died at the age of 74. Mike was also a very rapid driver in FF1600, F3, Thundersports & Sports 2000 and a major part of the Lola story. Thoughts with his family and friends. Race on Mike.🙏🏼
Sunday Service, Episode 7: The Lola T300 (initially known as the T242) F5000 car owes much to the great Frank Gardner. He moved close to the Lola factory to work on the project in 1972 with a young & ambitious designer called John Barnard!
The mighty Lola T92/10 Group C car that raced at Le Mans in 1992 and in the World Sportscar Championship that year. Drivers included Cor Euser, Heinz-Harald Frentzen, Stefan Johansson and Phil Andrews.
Sunday Service - Episode 5: The Glorious Lola T600. Brian Redman won five IMSA races in 1981 and Emilio de Villota and Guy Edwards took wins at Brands and Enna in Europe. Powered by a 5.8 litre V8 Chevy tuned by Chaparral Cars, which produced some 600bhp at 7000rpm!

All at Lola were sorry to hear that racer and broadcaster Alain de Cadenet died recently. ’De Cad’ was a well-known and respected racing personality, who finished third in the 1976 Le Mans 24 Hours with a Lola T380 Group 6 car (below) and also famously won the 1980 Monza 1000kms in a Lola based design.
