To celebrate our first month of trading, we are giving away a frankly enormous jar of Smoky Mushroom Rashers – packed with 625g smoked + marinaded shiitake slices, equivalent to 900g fresh shiitake and about 12 portions. We will post it straight to you! It takes a couple of minutes to fry them up for a delicious sandwich, salty nibble or umami-rich dish (we love them in carbonara).
