Sorry to those who were not here last week and for you this is new news!

I am taking a break from this Weds evening class over the Autumn/Winter months.

I hope you can join us tonight and or next week, whether you have been before or not feel free to join us!

Join us in celebrating National Fitness Day on 20th September, by taking part in a complimentary Body Conditioning class taken by Jordan. The class starts at 10.15am, and all members and non members are invited to attend free of charge!
