Cubby Holes offers two standard management packages; First a Full Managed services, we charge a basic commission on all your bookings in return for fully managing your property, this option still requires some level of client involvement. Second is our very popular Rent Guarantee option by which we become your tenant on a 1-5 year agreement, we take care of everything and will even furnish and refurbish your property for FREE.
