From a dark, dirty and rotted out loft to this beautiful master bedroom our friends at Brighthouse Group certainly delivered on this one.
We did this under permitted development and provided the subsequent construction and structural drawing package for it to be built from.

Massive congratulations and a huge Christmas gift to one of our close friends for successfully gaining planning for two large detached houses on a vacant site within greenbelt.
This kind of result is often a long shot but we put him in with our brilliant consultant and achieved this spectacular result!

A big update from my shop or should I say BAR 👀

To say we started out with just me & Crofty ripping it to bits with the now running joke of ‘1 week and 2 big skips’ to have it stripped out. We have come a long way!

We have built a cracking team of lads in a such short space of time that work relentlessly we also lend them out to some of our other builder friends as and when they need them.

We have been really fortunate to build on a great ongoing collaboration with Wes at The Yorkshire Renovation Company and Richard Wagner. These guys are top builders and it’s been of huge benefit to us been able to call in these guys as and when we need to plug any gaps to keep the momentum moving forward.

We are getting the prep work done now for the first floor rear extension which once completed will more than double the square footage upstairs.

We have had a few delays, a few unforeseens and some headaches along the way but ALL IS GOOD as we head into an exciting fourth quarter of 2023.

are in the thick of it now! It will be a great project once completed. We put them in safe hands with Dave Close to carry out all of the building works.

I have really enjoyed designing this one from the ground up. An awesome choice of materials for this new house.

This is just about as good as it gets with traditional English house building. We are happy to have had a hand in bringing this one to life!

Put into perspective at the point in time when I took this job on it was the biggest bespoke new build dwelling Hampton Design Contractors had done. It’s also a big thank you to all of the builders we work with as well as our current and previous clients for enabling us to reach this stage one job at a time. To get this review means a lot and as I am sure you can see if you follow our content we have built on this massively and continue to push our own boundaries by continually taking huge leaps forwards in the scope, size and quality of our projects.
