My good friend Mr.Klesha Animation created another " somewhere else".. hard to describe really, but surely mysterious and rarefied, a "Poem of Solitude".. I played bansuri on the soundtrack. Enjoy the uncharted territories..
..And then through the fire of the last night of the year the 2023 spirit suddenly appeared and said: ‘’ I’m leaving now and I’m really sad because I will only be remembered for the terrible evil done by some subhumans on this planet, but before I go I just want to let them know that there will be less and less room for them in 2024, while good people will unite more and more, for peace, truth and justice! Now I salute you. Have a Blessed one!’’
From last night, in action with The Turbans and the London Bulgarian Choir

We're putting on a Turban-charged Christmas this year, on Saturday 16 December, bringing to Londoners some of the magical music we made when we performed with The Turbans in June, at the Minack theatre in Cornwall (see photo). Tickets will be going on sale soon, so save the date – and watch this space!

So it is dear friends, after a long winter break I will be in London this Sat 6th at Nells Jazz and Blues playing with The Turbans! (pic from Cosmopolite, Oslo)
Dear friends I salute you! I've been silent for a long while , but time has come to get some sounds out of my box again. Drop Your Gun was once a sketch thing I used to play during my looping solo shows years ago and I loved improvising on it. I eventually decided to give it a solid form and it turned into this over 7 minutes track.. There 's more stuff to come very soon, also a whole new album of songs in italian, most likely to be released by the end of Summer, hoping that most of the guns will be dropped by then... Much Love to you all

A laguna is in between the sea and the land (from latina lacuna: empty space) it's where water and light sometime orchestrate such wonderful symphonyes of colours that could make your
heart melt.. This track was inspired by a laguna I used to love very much and where I was lucky enough to go during my summers years ago in Puglia, the region generally considered the“door to the East” of South Italy.. I remember sitting there in the afternoon after swimming, fantasising about phoenician or greek boats appearing on the blue horizon, while a gentle marine breeze would suddenly whisper the secret of life which I could hear, but not understand....
Back from my Mediterranean dreams here's "Laguna", crafted with the amazing RCN, this time with Rastko Rasic, Alan Short, Trevor Joseph.
Super special thanks to Emanuela Pirelli for the cover image and for introducing me to that magical place.
Mastering is by the multi talented Pablo Dominguez Musico

"Con Ella"
On the music boat the other day, waiting to depart..
Sometimes I have fun watching people`s reactions while they pass by..
"What is he doing with that weird guitar?" they seem to think..
Bonjo, banjo, balalaika, ukulele, I`ve heard many different comments.. hehehe:-)
A few of them, intrigued by the sound stop and ask..
I`m always happy to tell them with a smile about the saz and what I`m doing..
But to be honest, I don`t really know what I`m doing..
I`ve just been following my heart and my nose all these years..
Anyway, sitting on that boat I 've met so many people, beautiful souls, incredible characters and of course some not very nice human beings.. What a ride! I guess it`s not over yet..
Here`s a little semi-jammed thing called "Con Ella" a song in spanish that will be on the second part of the album coming out in Autumn. Enjoy your day*
