Patience is always needed...it didnโt all go on in a day, it wonโt come off in a day.
If you stick to plan, and drink your minimum of 2.25 litres of water, stop letting the odd off plan food creep in, (or an accidental off plan drink ๐) then you will lose fat as fast as it is safely possible on The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
Patience along with consistency are key.
Strive for 100% everyday and you will be rewarded with a healthy weight and/or cm loss each week to help keep you motivated to continue. Donโt get fixated on the number, and never compare. All the time you are trying your very best, thatโs the only thing you need to focus on, your effort. Youโre never allowed to be disappointed by the number if you have stuck to plan 100% as this is as fast as your body will go. You are only allowed to feel disappointment if you could have tried harder. However, remember a loss is a loss and another step forward in the right direction no matter what the number or speed is.
Keep focusing on the positives.
Please note, itโs best not to weigh yourself everyday, unless you fully understand how weight loss works, and itโs a positive thing for you. My advice is once a week, first thing in the morning on the same day, and the studies show that optimal max number of times is 2-3 times a week. If weighing everyday you have to be prepared to see weight fluctuations up and down, which can be attritubuted to hormones, water retention, periods, constipation and the weather! Also, not drinking your minimum of 2.25 litres a day.
Youโre entirely up to you...focus and envisage that goal and donโt stop until you get there... โจ
Step 3 seems to be a popular choice right now for my clients...it offers flexibility and variety while we are in these strange times.

Monday motivation. โฅ๏ธ
When I ask my clients to take photos they always seem a little reluctant at first.
This is why itโs so important to take photos along your journey. This is a big reminder of how far I have come each day. Itโs not been easy but it sure as hell has been worth it.

How it started vs how itโs goingโ๏ธ
If you believe you can, you will. Not every day will be smooth sailing. But itโs about how you deal with it.
For years I used food for comfort. Some times I still do that but not to the extent I use to. This plan helps you to build new habits around food. Habits take some time to create so stick with it and be consistent and the results will show.
