A nice fresh look to this lovely house In Clavering which unfortunately whoever renovated it decided to use plywood for fascia and soffit which did not last long before deteriorating, never the less we have pulled all that off and replaced with upvc with a 20 year guarantee and a very happy customer.

2 Jobs completed today consisting of securing loose ridge tiles, re doing the lead mastic that had been poorly done on some step flashings and re directing a gutter that went into a soakaway that was not capable of taking the water

This customer had a real issue with the old fascia it had been over boarded with cap board onto timber with no ventilation, we removed all the old cap board and timber and reinstalled full fascia and hollow soffit with Vents and new gutter and downpipe all in 2 days

Fence panels replaced today and some reinforced as requested buy customer
