🌟 Week 2 of Summer Holidays at Currypool Equestrian 🌟

This week has been a whirlwind of fun and learning🐴 Mondays have become a favorite with our riders hacking out on the roads, certainly is proving to be super popular🐎

Our Pony Stars have also been hard at work aiming for their Golden Groom badges by mastering their grooming skills, getting their ponies looking top-notch✨
Whilst riding they are focusing on Junior Jockeys & perfecting their Riding Skills whilst getting hands-on with My Riding Kit.

It’s all about becoming confident and prepared riders.

It's amazing to see how everyone is growing – the passion for ponies is shining bright.🌞

Not only is he stylish, but he's also protected from those pesky flies.

💳 We are excited to announce that we now accept card payments for booking lessons.

**Polite Reminder:**
- Payment is required at the time of booking a lesson.
- No payment = No booking.

💳 Card Payments: Quick and easy at the time of booking.
💷 Cash: Place cash in an envelope with the rider's name and lesson date on it.
🏦 Direct Debits / Standing Orders: Ideal for those who want to pay for multiple lessons in advance.

Our normal fees policy applies which can be found on our website & displayed around the premises.

In the event of a refund issued it will be subject to minus £1.50 admin charge.

We are excited to welcome Tamsin Wenham to the Currypool Equestrian team.

🏵️ RIDER OF THE MONTH…..

Tom Kenward is an absolute pleasure to teach, his good nature & determination & fantastic sense of humour absolutely shine through each lesson. Tom particularly likes to set himself goals to work towards which over the years have varied from learning to put on a bridle to riding ba****ck to improve his balance!

And we could not leave out Tom's other hobby of juggling which he mentioned one lesson so of course - we had to try & put the two together!

We have worked both on & off the lunge to allow Tom to bring two of his passions together as well as test his co ordination, balance & skill as a rider. Keep up the brilliant work Tom.

🌟🐴 Rider Of The Month - Venice Winstone

Venice has ridden with us for a long time now. She has always had a kind and effective way to her riding.

Venice gets on well with all the horses she rides and is a pleasure to teach. Recently she has been focusing on perfecting her jumping technique and is excelling over the bigger jumps and courses. When not practicing her jumping skills Venice enjoys hacking with her instructors, gaining and developing skills in riding in the open. We know

Venice would like a career with horses in the future and is making sound foundations for the where she will no doubt go far. Keep up all your hard work Venice, you’re doing great!

We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to the incredible generosity of Pony Tales, one of our participants has received a British Horse Society Bursary.

This wonderful opportunity allows them to attend the Changing Lives Through Horses program at our yard.

We are so grateful to Pony Tales for making this possible and supporting the positive impact of equine-assisted development.

We have bittersweet news to share: after being with us since May 2012, Lizzie will be leaving our yard. 😢

Starting in September, she will be moving on to an exciting role as Lead Practitioner for Animal and Equine Assisted Development Autism Provision at Weston College, Butcombe Farm.

We are incredibly proud of Lizzie and grateful for her years of dedication and passion. Please join us in wishing her all the best in this wonderful new chapter of her career.

🏆 Our dedicated young people have earned numerous certificates and awards, including the prestigious BHS Rider Achieve Awards, Bronze Riding Fit, and Intro to Riding.

Holly & Blue turned their hoof to a Combined Training Competition (Dressage & Showjumping) and delivered a fantastic performance.

With a solid 65.68% in dressage and a clear round in showjumping, they secured an impressive 6th place finish. Well done🐴🏅
