It makes wrong connections & gives us mis-information.
Thisis why it's so important we re member our thoughts are not facts.

I am aware of a rising level of anxiety surrounding the impact of the C-19 virus.
Its a strange time at the moment with empty supermarket shelves, closire of many places we ise on an everyday basis, concern for those of us in high risk categories & the thought of this continuing for some months to come.
Understandably this can create worry, stress, feelings of anxiety - even fear & panic for some.

When we feel low, depressed or anxious, often there are suppressed emotions from past experiences.
Taking time to unravel past experiences will help you to understand if there are suppressed enotions.
The more aware you become of those emotions the more you are able to make healthier and more effective choices as you have made peace with your past enotions.
If you are emotionally struggling; this is not a sign of weakness or vulnerability.
