All 30 mins sessions, apart from Wed nights one (45mins) and the monthly relaxation session (90 mins). These will be live at the time, school term times and left in the group for you to do at any time, either live with me or when you fit it in. I will do them based on a 6-week progression, so you get stronger/ fitter, build strength, and tone your muscles.
