A productive 6 weeks for π«‘
When we started working together the main aim was to restore structure and adherence back to the routine.
By doing this we have improved sensitivity back to her physique and adherence to Katyβs work load which is going to play a massive factor now we have started to push foods up π
Currently at 57.5 kg in 6 weeks which is a nice 2kg increase βοΈ

We are in full lockdown mode πͺπΌ
93kg on the dot π
We have just come off the back of a very short digging phase for 3 days. The reason for this was simply due to over spilling post show. There was a mix of factors that came into play for why I over spilled but at the end of the day it came down to my own actions and I canβt blame anyone else or any situation that occurred.
We are in a better spot than we was in, however we need to make sure we are 100% on point from now on and with foods back at baseline we are in a good space mentally.
I will keep you updated on the progress and changes that are going to be made very soon so keep your eyes peeled on βProject Buildβ π

Looking at these pics Iβm so happy with how they turned out, itβs giving me so much motivation to beat this look next time I step on stage!
I felt so much more relaxed and confident this time compared to the last and it definitely showed in my physique and me and nailed the peak perfectly for a first time run!
THE PLAN GOING FORWARD!
We will be running a health a phase for the next 4-6 weeks so initially itβs an extended prep. This is to make sure health markers are as they should be and I am in the best position possible to start the off season and really start to grow.
The plan is to get back in stage within the next 2 years, we will analyse and make adjustments as we go to see the best time frame!

Raw honest update post legs today!
6.3kg up from stage weight this morning
If Iβm being completely honest with you Iβm not happy with the current look. I just feel swollen and I know itβs not because I have not adhered to the current recovery phase as everything had been on point.
The only additional adjustment we have implemented is an additional 1000 calories which was similar to my peak week so I know it canβt be that, the culprit is my beloved bread, even though it is gluten free bread there must be something within the ingredients that doesnβt sit well with me.
My skin is still fairly thin and still vascular, Iβm just holding water which is giving me the swollen effect. Plus Iβm struggling controlling my mid section to the point that i canβt vacuum anymore.
I know it is just a temporary issue but it is messing with my head a bit from looking my best to looking like a mess in over the corse of 4 days.
I know will work his magic and analyse everything to get me back on track visually. I want to be as real as I can with you so I will be showing my best bust also my worst to give you a real insight to this game!

Well this is it 20 weeks of prep has boiled down to this moment!
Iβm so happy with what I have achieved and accomplished over this period of time. Iβm not gonna sit here and say I βfought my demonsβ or βI had a lot going through this prepβ just wasnβt the case, it was pretty much smooth sailing. I had a plan, I stuck to it and we are here π₯
We now chill and fill up over the next few hours before we hit the stage at around 11:30am. Canβt wait to see the final look.

I have genuinely been waiting for this day for a while now and it finally came. Itβs more of an eye opener for me to realise how low I genuinely was in terms of energy and fatigue, since having extra food I feel like Iβm back to my baseline in terms of energy levels and F**K it feels good!
The pump was mega down at this afternoon! Iβve heard that tomorrow might be the same food but on a rest day so I canβt wait!

2 weeks until photoshoot time πΈ
Every client you work with will have different attributes and struggles when it comes to transforming their body!
When Gabby first started working with me her mindset wasnβt all there to put in the graft, it was more of a laid back approach. Due to this there wasnβt a lot of change in her overall physique.
We had a chat about mindset and how I can give her all the information and blueprint the plan step by step, but without her putting in the work the results wonβt follow!
Following this there was a snowball effect and bit by bit there was a weight drop, improved motivation, better pumps, more educated mindset and most importantly better visuals.
Iβm so proud of the work sheβs putting into her photoshoot prep and with another two weeks to go the finished product is yet to come!!

5 weeks, 5 days out π₯
We are now driving into the flat phase of prep, we need to do this as is apart of the process to get skinless.
The big man has a plan and all I have to do is follow it. Simple as that!
Currently my energy levels are non existent from 4/5pm onwards so need to get steps done early so I can just chill later on at night and have some down time.

6 weeks 5 days out! 88.9kg
This week has been the hardest week mentally for me. Iβm really in the hole for prep now and itβs feeling like a hole.
Feeling tired constantly throughout the day is not the one however I know this is what I takes to get stage ready.
For some reason the pain is actually motivating me to keep going as I want it more and more.
Body weight is finally shifting after a few manipulations so thatβs another mental barrier sort of softened.
Letβs get this next week box off and the final 4 weeks is closing in!

We are 7 weeks out tomorrow π₯³
Mid week check in
Weight is still fluctuating between 89.9kg and 90.1kg, however with calorie changes and supplement protocols in place we should see that weight drop and condition come through
Defiantly starting to feel like Iβm on prep now, even iceberg lettuce with a bit of salt tastes unreal π«
Even though my weight hasnβt budged Iβm not stressed as my glutes are starting take shape now which is a good sign things are working!

8 weeks 4 days out π§ 91.2kg
Up to last week prep has been relatively easy with no issues in terms of hunger, fatigue etc.
On Wednesday I came down with some issue in terms of health (I know what the issue is but donβt want to out anyone) which took me a solid 3 days to fully recover.
Day 1: couldnβt eat anything without throwing up so lost 2 kg in bw which. Brought me down to 88.3kg so that day was a full write offπ€’
Day 2: back on plan to a degree with a nice 1000 calories worth of salmon and rice at the end of the day to try and fill me back up which brought my bw back up to 90.3kg
Day 3: I felt back to my normal self on day 3 of recovery but just to make sure everything is back at full health the protocol was training day food (no training) + burger no sauces no cheese and regular fries.

Day 4: we are back in business! 90.7kg
This is why we are having a 18+ week prep, so when these things that are out of control happen we have a bit of wiggle room to accommodate for that.
Think ahead, think smart and keep on digging!

Are you struggling with intense soreness after returning to the gym following a period of rest or deloading?π«π€―
Rushing back into intense training after taking time off will not actually promote faster progress, but instead have the opposite effect.
It's important to prepare your body gradually before engaging in intense workouts. Taking time off can make your body more responsive to training volume, which can lead to excessive soreness if you push yourself too hard.
To avoid this, start with half of your usual training volume and gradually increase it over the course of a week. After that, add around 20% more volume and assess how your body feels.
It may take a couple of weeks to fully recover and have your central nervous system handle the workload again.
