Cyfle Cymru Brecon enjoyed a β€˜Wednesday Wellbeing Walk’ this week, although the sun didn’t shine, the wind and rain turned out to be very refreshing.

Even a short, brisk walk can increase our mental alertness, energy and positive mood. Participation in regular physical activity can increase our self-esteem and can help reduce stress and anxiety.

If you would like to find out more about the Cyfle Cymru Programme, the services we offer and how we can help you break down the barriers to employment, please contact us 0300 777 2256 or email: [email protected]

Cyfle Cymru Gwynedd held a cinema drop in for their service users and the structured recovery group came along. In this current economic climate, not everyone can afford to go to the movies, so it was great to see everyone enjoy the popcorn, sweets and cinema atmosphere. And the movie was Elf, a modern classic!
