When you use good quality balloons they last for weeks and can be used well after your event is over. These are from a setup 2 weeks ago where I used them to decorate a backdrop display and rather than throwing them away I decided to take them home and decorate our living room.

Doing this job is made all the better when you give your daughter that extra special touch at her own party. She didn’t stop smiling the whole time 💖

When considering the length on the balloon garland you want to add on you can use this to gauge roughly how far up and along the inflatable this will go. This one I did at the weekend was 4 meters. It was my son’s 7th birthday the other week and I had the pleasure to make this balloon bouquet for him. He had a bowling party so we didn’t go too mad with the balloons as their wasn’t much space at the venue and we just wanted something we could transport to the venue and back easily in the car.

I also want to give a shout-out to who made the most amazing sweet bags which we used instead of party bags. We had a spare bag left over so of course I tucked in. It would have been rude not too 😜 I can tell you there was a good mix of different sweets and flavours. I’ve had some before that were mostly made up of those little ball sweets and not much else and are a bit boring!

Also a special thank you to who saved the day with a last minute cake order. I was super unorganised and left it too late to use my regular cake lady but we wasn’t disappointed. One of my sons friends said the cupcakes were the best he had ever tasted 😋

Didn’t get round to posting this when I put this together as it was in the middle of us moving and was a crazy time where I was just trying to get through the next task. Thank god it’s all slowed down a bit now and I can start focusing on developing my skills and growing the business. Looking forward to creating more displays like this and actually having the time to enjoy it!

The Marshmallow was on fire 🔥 yesterday! Don’t panic, not literally 😜

When I was told the party theme was going to be dragons the first thing that came to mind was fire. I thought how cool would it be to use balloons to make it look like fire is coming out of the dragons mouth, cascading down the bounce house. Luckily was on board and let me run with the idea.
