It is important to recognise the difference between normal anxiety and clinical anxiety. It is normal to have some anxiety as we need it to recognise threat or danger.
However if it becomes out of control or irrational, then this is when we should be seeking help.
We should always invest in ourselves first before anything else- our health and happiness should always come first🤍
