Here’s what I would do if I was a midlife woman ready to see my own brilliance, align with my feminine power, and create a new, vision-driven life.

Step 1
Figure out your core values, biggest ambition, and wisdom. Understanding what truly matters with specificity is the bedrock of discovering your purpose.

Step 2

Time to shed those old layers. Heal out those past life blocks and limits. Ceremonially closing out the old life and thank her for getting you to this point, unlocks the energy of the embodied future woman within.

Step 3
Unhook and detach from external praise and criticism. Use visioning and quantum leaping to power-launch & test new ideas effectively - it’s like trying on new clothes to find your perfect match. (Side note: beware of the unintended consequences of quantum leaping as you are co-creating with your tribe).

Step 4

Connect daily with your energy centres (aka chakra) and your values. Small and incremental changes can bring more joy and meaning every day. Find those opportunities. If there is angst or worry, locate the feeling and find where it’s living in the body. Seek out the message it’s guiding you to hear ….is it keeping you safe or stopping you from feeling judged?

Step 5

Embrace the challenges and unexpected turns—they are the stepping stones to breakthroughs after break throughs. When you feel the call to play bigger, it means something amazing is on the horizon. Nurture your negative thoughts with love and thank them for leaving.

Step 6

Grow the love you have for your life with intention and include the people you want to work with, the future career and ambitions that resonate with your inner desires. This will inevitably give insights to your blocks to manifesting your true life path.

Step 7

Breathe in the possibility and potentiality of your goals unfolding. Connect with your energies and feeling energised and revitalized with the new level of clarity and the passion that comes with it.

Step 8

Promise yourself to take action from the guidance and inspiration you receive. Carry a notebook/pocketbook with you to write down the inspos.

The key to your destiny is with your energy.

Every day you dream and imagine what your life would be like having all the things you desire.

It is so much more than visualising and journaling.

To truly connect with your biggest dreams and turbo charge them requires nurturing your energy field.

You want to be cleaning up any distortion or blocks that is making your energy feel stagnant or blocked.

Practice connecting with your energy field every day for 21 days and write out what is coming up. It could be childhood memory that's been tucked away but silently sabotaging you, or a belief picked up from school that strangles your dream to live on the edge.

Find your WHY and show up for it everyday.

Turn your power back on by allowing connection with your energy field.

Why you should stop focusing on quick fixes and focus on longevity through a holistic approach to connect with your self-expression (aka life purpose);

You don’t need endless hours of traditional therapy or self-help books to connect with your future that is knocking on your door right now asking you to be the wealthy version of you for the sake of your community and humanity.

The key lies in understanding that transformation begins from within - 80% inner consciousness and 20% inspired action - not from external sources.

It's about tuning into your own intuition and wisdom to heal and embody the wealth consciousness, rather than comparing and hustling. This shift in perspective is liberating, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner guidance system.

This is what I mean by true wealth. That moment when you realise that you can design and create the future of your life. Something only you can do - whatever you enjoy doing in the 12 Life Categories.

Taking space and time to prioritise meeting with the highest version of you to re-frame and redefine wealth on your terms. The universe and abundance of wealth was created for us to shower in.

Start listing out all the hopes, dreams, aspirations and desires to refill your cup. The ones you’ve been putting to one side hoping “some day” or “if only.” Because you are beyond any seemingly outer limitations.

I don’t wake up at 5am everyday

I don’t go the gym or jump in a cold bath

My bank account isn’t bursting

My social media isn’t a parade of polished posts

I don’t have a polished image

Yet, I choose to show up everyday and take 3 actions towards my intentions.

I embrace being heart-led, soul driven.

I share the journey - all of it - the highs, low and beautiful mess in the hope that you see and know the real, real life is not gloss and polish.

I choose balance.

So if you’re worried about sharing or feel your post has to be perfect.

Remember: done is better than perfect.
Someone out there needs your message, today.
If not today, when?

We are all figuring “it” out as we go.

Life is one big learning and it’s having fun along the way that matters.
