With a really heavy heart we sadly lost Rio yesterday at the age of 16 years and 4 months💔😢
She lived a very full life and gave us so much fun, joy, laughter, inspiration and craziness. We have so many stories to tell and memories to keep.
She will be in hearts forever. ♥️🐾

A flying visit to Edinburgh and I learnt the story of Greyfriars Bobby the very loyal sky Terrier to John Gray. A friend of mine who gives tours around Edinburgh, told me not to touch the nose even though it is meant to bring you good luck. As the nose is slowly wearing away, the metal and will eventually cause a hole on his nose! So I was just happy with a picture. 🐾♥️

A little throw back to my original drawings of the tropical leaf print artwork. For those that don’t know, I hand design all the prints for the paw to paw products. I have worked as a commercial textile designer for over 20 years as well as lecturing in cad design for print and weave. I thought I would share some of the process of how I design. Starting with the hand drawn image and taking it into Adobe Illustrator to play around with colour, positioning and the repeat of the design. I love designing and seeing the finished product. First daffodils of the year, loving the winter sun and the way the light is coming in. I thought I would freshen up Rio’s bed with a new cover- the light wild flower meadow design.
