Sunday 7th July 10-2pm Winkworth summer fair - I will be there with my indulgence chocolate box, chocolate fudge , 4 flavours of soft candies and a variety of incredible quality chocolate tablets. Come and say hi and meet all the other stall holders.

Creating a new chocolate design and filling involves lots of thought…most of which takes place on my walks. Almost always I decide on the filling I wish to create after which I plan how I want the chocolate to look, considering the shape, colours and texture & how I can obtain the look I have decided on. Often getting the filling correct can take several attempts until Iam happy and only then will it be in one of my chocolate boxes😃.

The weather is looking for The Big Malmesbury Craft Fair this Saturday 11-3 :)
My mini eggs are getting ready for Sunday 10-2pm Winkworth Farm Easter Fair. Please come along and say hi, check out my Easter chocolates. My mini eggs are solid eggs. One filled with homemade hazelnut praline and roasted hazelnuts together with a blackcurrant jelly inside. The shell is dark and white chocolate. My 2nd mini egg is made from a Bolivian milk chocolate that is exceptionally special and filled with the same chocolate and fruit. Both sit on a chocolate tablet. Don’t miss out as once they are gone you have a year to wait🥲.

Come and visit Saturday 2-4pm Minety community hall and see all the talented stall holders, perhaps collect a Mother’s Day gift and have tea and homemade cake 😊❤️.
