This is Molly. She isn't very bright and she has some habits that would see her banned from the dark web. But she does know how to live in the moment and not focus too much on the past or future. By being present, the limited number of thoughts running through her little canine brain do not push or pull her away from the present moment for too long. Therefore she can take life as it comes and be at ease with whatever arises (expcept for when the postman knocks on the door). Perhaps we can learn a little from Molly and rest our attention in the here and now - just watching thoughts as they appear and letting them pass through the mind without giving ourselves a hard time.
