We are easing ourselves back in gently with a 'LOWER focus ' . Not much cardio so our bodies could just about take it. Hate being poorly!

After 4 days off it's always hard to find self motivation but I did it and I'm back on track. I just need this cold to go and one now!!

After my first time rugby training last night my body is aching, so in my wisdom we did INSANITY MAX 30 POWER as it's less cardio but Jesus it was just as hard!!

There is no way I could do the last round of pyramid push ups - I was bush whacked!! I just about managed the pyramid up to 7😂

Boy that took some motivation!! After 2 days off and no cardio for over a week I thought I'd treat myself to my old favourite T25 Speed 3 and it took some effort💋 #thingspeopledonttellyou most kids dont volunteer to do the mini disco - you have to bribe them for the first 6 nights just to get them on stage and then on the last night of the hols when you have given up trying they decide to get up and dance and love it🤣
