In aid of Razed Roof, a performing arts group for people with & without disabilities, we are giving you the chance to win The Tilbury Christmas Day at home, plus a few extra treats, in our Christmas charity raffle!

We were honoured to cater the beautiful wedding of Sam & Alex at the weekend. The couple chose chilled canapés, family style sharing starters & BBQ Pork ribeye with Mac n Cheese. Then chocolate brownies to finish & cheese from later on to keep the guests dancing until the early hours.

The Tilbury Tipi Cocktail Bar

We’re so excited have our opening night of The Tipi tonight! The Asado BBQ is available from 6pm, we have playing from 6:30pm & 2-4-1 cocktails 6-7pm!

Tom has been developing our new Tipi BBQ menu & testing out different cuts of meat. Pictured is a trial run of beef shortrib & lamb breast - we are planning on serving asado BBQ meat with salads, tasty sauce & fresh bread.

Stay tuned for more development & to see the final menu release.

We had a great time on Saturday helping usher a wonderful young lady into her 30’s with a bang! We served a plethora of delicious sharing plates including canapés to start, bbq pork shoulder, seafood platters & mac ‘n’ cheese. To finish the guests enjoyed several puddings, cheeseboards & a bespoke cocktail for the birthday girl 🎈
