A new activity involving teams of radio control tanks that battle each other -think laser-tag but with military models!
The tanks fire infra-red beams that register hits on other tanks. The models are sophisticated and realistic.

I’m going to run an activity in the Mess Hall (exhibition marquee) and am looking to recruit volunteers to help run it.
It’s a radio control model tank battle (approx 10 tanks) and I need help to set it up / take down (as well as taking turns covering the stand when its running). NB it only runs when the Mess Tent (Exhibition hall) is ‘open’ i.e. stands are manned (mainly Saturday pm and eve, but not when main tent meetings are on).
If anyone would be willing to spare an hour to help out please do message me.

Apart from being great craic (with lots of banter and fun stuff) there will also be talks on masculinity, fatherhood, family issues, recovering from divorce, a call to faith etc. The event also includes a classic and sports car display, Nerf gun range, chess competition, inflatable obstacle course, axe throwing, wrestling ring etc
