Prepping food! Vegan chilli wrap and vegan bean stew wrap. Salsa, Mexican ‘slaw, Mexican pickled onion and Mexican vegan chorizo. Yum.

So we bought the horse box in an OK state but it needed lots doing, new cupboards, stainless, revamp of electrics, gas fitting, hob and Bain Marie, solar set-up and inverter and then Alfie needed to make it look nice!!

We serve homemade, healthy, vegan, Mexican inspired food out of our 1960's converted horse box (Frida).

We offer chilli, bean stew, tortilla chips, wraps, salsas, salads and more - we are very happy to adapt our menu to suit your needs.

Our food is spicy but not hot, we rely on flavour rather than heat. We do also provide hot sauces for those who want a bit more of a kick.

We also run a very successful Pizza Business and pride ourselves on the quality of our food.

We are a Husband and Wife partnership working hard to make sure our customers are always happy.

All of our plates, cutlery, napkins, food handling gloves and blue towel are fully compostable. Our Soya comes from sustainable sources and is not grown in deforestation areas. Frida is fitted with solar and we try our best to be off grid.
