Celebrating produce of Kent. Reducing food miles and delivering something familiar,but grown up. The concept is familiar (Pie) with a grownup feel.
The idea came from trying to create a food product that has province like your Cornish pasty or your Melton Mowbray Pork Pie for Kent. The idea came to me while experimenting, as I do and Leeroys legendary Pies was born. As a classically trained Chef I enjoyed the challenge and fun of building flavour profiles to go into the pies.
