This is our latest creation which is being given to the immediate relative or friend of the deceased. Made of glass ‘string’ beautifully formed into the shape of a heart with a purple ribbon strand for hanging. This can be hung on your Christmas tree each year as a memory of your loved one, or it could be hung anywhere memorable to you. Presented in a matching purple velvet pouch. A small token from Over To You Ceremonies.

Absolutely delighted to have visited the new branch of Signature Funerals at Haslingden. I’ve officiated for many funerals at Signature and it’s always a pleasure to work with Hannah and Marcia.

Really pleased with the new name badge that arrived today. I was asked to conduct two separate funerals last year for members of the LGBT community. On both occasions their partners acknowledged that the service was conducted exactly how they wanted. So decided to show support for the community on the badge. It often makes people feel more comfortable if they can talk openly in difficult times 🙂.

When I officiate at a funeral, the immediate relative will receive a printed copy of the script along with a memorial candle. Up to 2 sets will be provide with our compliments. Additional copies are available but will incur a fee of £10 per set.

Recently a client requested 6 copies for various immediate members of the family. We are more than happy to oblige to ensure a high quality service and afford some comfort at such a difficult time.

As the wedding industry starts to recover, one thing I have heard from people who have attended weddings in the past, is that they struggle to hear a lot of what is said during the ceremony from both whoever is conducting the ceremony and the couple themselves.

An easy option is to have a PA system. However, despite many venues charging extra for use of their PA, often what they will provide is a single microphone on a stand, or a handheld microphone which the Celebrant has to hold at the same time as their folder. It all just looks clumsy and amateurish.

We have invested in high quality Shure digital wireless microphones, which will clip to the grooms jacket and the top of the brides dress. The Celebrant will also be wearing one so as to be heard. In order to keep the battery pack transmitter worn by the bride as discrete as possible, we have had white and ivory silk pouches made so that the battery pack will be hidden as best as possible.

To complement the microphones, we have also purchased our own PA system. That way we know everything works and the only thing needed from the venue is a mains socket.

This full outfit is available for use on your big day.
