Congratulations to Samantha & Shaun who tied the knot on Saturday at the gorgeous Old Hall Ely. They went for three tiers of vanilla, carrot & chocolate finished with a gold dusting, roses and artificial foliage. Wishing them many happy years together 🥂

Today is “Chocolate covered anything” Day! White chocolate ganache is my preference for covering my wedding cakes. Under the fondant is a decadent layer of white chocolate ganache. Not only does it give me a smooth beautiful finish for which to cover the tiers with fondant but taste amazing too
