Lighter evenings and the general merriment of springtime has meant T is finding it tricky to get to sleep so we set up a little at home spa. Blanket, eye mask and a mini me yoga meditation and he’s in bed by 8:15! 😃
Very excited to start lesson planning!! Lots of inspiration from the gorgeous spring we’re having (though hoping things start to warm up a bit) and tons of guidance from the Mini Me Yoga training. 🎉 🧘♀️
This week I have loved finding some inspiration to mix up our practice at home from these gorgeous cards, both the Yoga Pretzels and Mindful Kids cards are fab, thank you for lending them to us 💕 🙏 🧘♀️
