I really didn't want to do this, but i've had too many appointments cancelled at the last minute and people need to understand that this is my business and some days i need to arrange childcare for my children

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will incur a 50% charge of the treatment before any other appointment can be made

Same day cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the treatment before any other appointment can be booked

Also I will now be taking a deposit before any appointments can be made

I hope you all understand but this is my business and I can not afford for people to not show up or cancel at the last minute
