This was one of our favorite projects to date...

Our client in Devon had this large WW2 water storage tank in his garden, and wanted to make it watertight so that he could install a skateboard ramp inside for his daughter!

Unfortunately the structure was covered with an Asbestos Cement roof and was far from watertight.

We removed the Asbestos and disposed of it properly as a licensed contractor.

A new timber roof structure was put in place to take a new box profile steel roof sheet with skylights to let in the natural light.

A fully bespoke roof access hatch was constructed on site from scratch, along with a custom external and internal staircase to allow safe access in and out of the structure.

The owner of this outbuilding in York wanted to turn it into a usable workspace, however the existing Asbestos roof was letting it down.

We were asked to remove the existing Asbestos Cement roof and replace it with a thermally efficient insulated composite steel roof.
