Hello! I posted this a few months ago from a beautiful client's feedback. We are still working together and she is looking fantastic! So fantastic in fact, that she has now also incorporated a fitness routine for her body as well as her face, each weekday morning. I HAVE BEEN NAKED FOR NEARLY A WEEK!! π±And I don't think anyone has noticed?!! π§Well, they certainly haven't made comment! π I am of course talking about baring my face! This does not only mean make up free, but free of all cosmetics, creams, washes and chemicals, for an entire week! Why? Well, "skin fasting" ( I read about this from the brilliant Chizu Saeki) is a wonderful way to build your skin's own natural resilience and letting it do it's own job and cleansing and re-balancing. This can be done once a week and feels lovely to be bare faced. SPF is a non negotiable though, and I have worn my sun screen in the day. π
ARE YOU A MORNING LARK OR A NIGHT OWL? π¦π₯° Doing a little facial exercise at the beginning of the day, will set our muscles in motion! At the end of the day, it release tension and toxins away from our face, readying us for sleep. Do you sleep on your side? Don't forget that silk pillow!π₯±π΄

Some of us do it in the bath before bed, for some it's a mid afternoon pick me up. But for most of us, it is our morning cuppa, where we wake up before we make up our face, with a Fresh Face Yoga routine! IT'S IN THE MOTION NOT THE POTION!! π₯° I invite you to take a closer look at Meghan Markle here. In the smaller picture, the jaw and face swings slightly to one side, producing an asymmetrical expression and overuse of the muscles around the eyes. In the larger picture, Meghan is central and symmetrical and using her facial muscles in a much more balanced way: from the jaw, to the cheeks to the eyes. She is, of course, beautiful in both pictures, but much more balanced in the larger photo. Meghan has said publicly that she loves Face Yoga and with these results, it's not hard to see why! π₯°

FRESH FACE YOGA is about feeling GOOD in your own skin. Feeling that your face functions as it should, with tone, lift and an open expression. The first picture is at least 4 years ago, with make up. The second photo is today with no make up. In times gone by, I would have felt nervous about putting photos here on Facebook, with the judgement that inevitably brings! But, I can actually say, maybe for the first time, I am comfortable in my own skin, so I don't mind at all now! One to one teaching is the best way to learn Fresh Face Yoga, and we also have a FREE group practice for our one to one students once a week. Each 30 minute lesson is Β£20, a block of four lessons is Β£60. It is a truly holistic practice and I highly recommend it. π₯°
