Our lovely chef Clara is moving on to concentrate on her catering company

It has been a real privilege to work alongside such a talented, super fun and one of the kindest ladies I know. Thank you Clara, for being you.

The good news is that Clara will still be supplying us with her signature Forge Sausage Rolls and delicious cakes.

Over the past 5 weeks we've had the privilege to work with a truly fabulous group of students from St Joseph's Specialist School - 'The Forge Star Bakers'! The Star Bakers have joined us every Thursday afternoon to take part in our Forging Futures Cookie Project -developing their hospitably, coffee and baking skills and building confidence within a new environment. Every single student has been totally brilliant and we are beyond impressed with them. The final batch of their cookies is on sale today, and £1 from every cookie sold goes towards their chosen positive impact project!

Two fabulous new students joined us this Thursday afternoon for a bespoke work experience placement. Today they were busy baking in the kitchen, creating hot chocolates and eating cookies! Next week it's all about customer service, we're pretty confident they're going to be brilliant!

Meet our most amazing and talented Chef Clara. Clara is not only responsible for the best sausage rolls in Surrey but she has also created a wonderful seasonal menu that changes weekly and includes soups, salads and tarts.

All of our cakes and sweet treats are baked by Clara and she always includes GF and Vegan options, of which the Orange and Almond is a firm favourite!
