I have been a business and life coach for over 12 years after an RAF career as an Education Officer and later as a military interrogator and resistance trainer (as seen in series 1-5 of SAS Who Dares Wins). My experience and background is centered around training, relationship building, human intelligence, and leadership. I subsequently I trained as a coach to bring those experiences and skills to
These were taken when a small gaggle of buddies who very rarely see each other caught up for a rare and impromptu afternoon of chat, giggles, paddling, tea and cake. I think it is actually how the country should be run. Good times with the gorgeous and .abes
Went to Cornwall for 24 hours. Had a picnic on the beach and watched the sunset. Here ya go….
Sunset last night was quite dramatic with all the cloud blowing around from the West
St Martins yesterday - making the most of a gorgeous day before today’s weather apocalypse from the South
A walk round Tolls island with mates (no really, I do have some, but they are shy) followed by lemon meringue and tea at Carn Vean. Another fab day. Making the most of it before a weather apocolypse on Thursday
My idea of a really nice day out… a day on St Martins with quite a stiff northerly breeze keeping things fresh until you find a south facing beach. Luckily there are plenty of those
Here are a few shots from the last couple of days, some on Bryher and some from St Agnes. This is proper Scilly, out on a limb at one end of Britain! Closer here to Brittany than either Wales or Eire
For D-Day. With thanks and appreciation for the freedom we have ❤️
A hazy Tresco. Despite the Saga cruise ship, we avoided any hint of a crowd. It was still and lovely and all the knitting in my head has unravelled…🧶🗝️🌴🦶🏻
Holiday on the Isles of Scilly begins. Chilled out and gorgeous
A splurge of pink. Soggy underfoot this morning and still wearing a woolly hat when out first thing with the dog, but then I came across this and remembered it’s nearly Summer. Bosh, in yer face PINK 🌸 Have a happy day out there folks xx
Oh what a wonderful and windy morning we spent exploring on Monday. Heaven! Cobwebs all gone
A sunny (ish) early Spring morning walk to Three Shires Head to blow out cobwebs and experience life in all its forms last week.
A truly crisp and blowy day - perfect for lifting the lid off and blowing dust out of your books and crannies eh ?? Always a privilege
Wishing everybody a brilliant 2024. If it all goes t**s up, just remember to get out there and breathe! ❄️🐝🌱🐚✨
Waxwings today at Hassop - took my “new” old LUMIX camera out today and tried my hand at some wildlife photography. Have not a clue what all the buttons mean on the camera. So I took about 150 sh*tshots and salvaged some waxwing action in the edit. Digital photography is ace - simply binning the crappy ones.
Some Derbyshire scenes from the past few weeks
Praying for peace and honouring the fallen 🥀🤍
Only 10 days ago, my little world looked like this. Just for a short, delicious pocket of time. Every so often we must take the opportunity to breathe and enjoy the company of others.
Windy, sandy, rainy mini adventure at Harlyn Bay for a quick blow through and recalibration
Magpie mines in the sunshine yesterday, on the way back from a touch or retail therapy. This is instead of showing you the contents of my kitchen cupboards, which I’m currently clearing out while it rains and rains!
Walk and talk with a client who I think might just change the world. What a privilege, to get the chance to meet fabulous people and help them carry their load for a while 💚🦋
And finally - some tractor p**n 😉 for which, sadly, there is no emoji 👨🌾
The north end of Bryher was beautiful, rugged and blowy today
Blues and hues between Bryher and Tresco on our last day 🩵🌸 on the islands with .abes
St Agnes looking calm after quite a bouncy North Westerly this morning. Beautiful day 🩵🌸🦋🌝
And then we had a cuppa with Carol and the seagul and stole the scene as usual - I couldn’t resist a snap
St Martins - moods from yesterday and thanks to for helping get my wallet back to me - via my heroic husband .abes - and to for our lovely annual chat and for the beautiful job on Eve’s bangle xx
Cool up on the Staffordshire tops! Nice breeze. Thankfully!
