Snapper Media is a young, dynamic digital media company offering web design, marketing, bespoke photography, videography and editing all under one roof. Due to continued growth and success in 2021 we are now recruiting a Marketing Account & Web Design Assistant to help with management of our clients social media accounts, website design and assistance with day to day operations.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, creative and constantly evolving work environment with plenty of opportunities to get hands on experience with all aspects of social media management and marketing as well as website design

Hours:
15 hours per week in a friendly and relaxed office environment. Working schedule to be discussed (flexible)

Job Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of various social media channels for clients
- Creation of bespoke social media imagery and graphics
- Writing copy for social media posts
- Basic website maintenance
- Basic website creation
- Creation of branded PDF’s, brochures, business cards and other marketing materials for clients
- Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote our clients organisation and brand
- Creation of briefs for copywriting assistants
- Creating engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively
- Preparation of monthly sales and marketing reports
- Sending and filing company and client invoices
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Supporting the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Providing information by answering questions and requests
- Liaising with clients and creating monthly task plans


Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Writing Skills for content creation
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Well organised
- Professionalism
- Verbal communication
- Knowledgeable about social media
- Great at working with others
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Interest to develop your skills in social media & marketing
- Ability to engage and collaborate across different channels and teams
- Passion for digital media
- An enthusiasm for learning and personal development

Phew these last few weeks have been crazy! Looks like 2020 is shaping up to be a bit more of a minefield than many of us expected. A lot of small business owners are struggling at the moment and I must say that I feel your pain.

Hey Everyone!

As a few of you may know I recently left my job so that I could take my photography, social media and web design business full time!
