🙏 To all my lovely yoga students..... ! 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘‍♂️🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️

This is a message to all of you, who take part in all my cdifferent classes!

The Art centre has now also closed its doors and tomorrow’s class and “ all other “ classes will be cancelled until further notice!

There will be no more class in Oswaldkirk and Cropton either.

I am sorry about this and I know that a few of you might be keen to keep going but I feel it is my responsibility to cancel and to keep everyone safe due to recommendations given!

I hope this whole thing will blow over faster than we think.
Classes are closed although my heart remains open..... I will miss you all dearly!

Let’s stay in touch .... I am keen to create an online platform for us all to stay connected....!

I am looking to record some 1 and a half hour online yoga sessions, similar to the ones that we are doing together, but possibly also some extra ones with certain specifications.

I am just putting my feelers out to see who might be interested in doing those?

Please let me know!

I am also available to do one on ones via Skype or zoom if you are interested!

Presently I am thinking to make each weekly session available for a week ( one time access ) to access at your leisure and then bring out a new one. Classes will be charged at £8 per session, unless you have trouble finding the money, in which case I am sure we can work something out.

I hope you understand that I cannot offer these for free as I am trying to keep my head above water.

I promise classes will be fun and good quality and there will be plenty of other nice content if the whole thing goes ahead, so watch this space.

I am sending much love and virtual hugs to all of you in our beautiful yoga community and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Here’s a little bit about me and my yoga journey! 🙏🧘🏽‍♀️🙏

I have been practicing yoga for more then 20 and started teaching 13 years ago. The magic of what yoga does, how it makes one feel more full and connected with oneself and the world, never ceases to amaze me. I simply love it! ❤️
I have completed two intensive 200 hour yoga teacher trainings in Australia and India many moons ago and recently also qualified in my 800 hour yoga therapy training , becoming a yoga therapist, specialising in yoga with the aim of improving people’s health and wellbeing, working with specific, personal health issues.
My interests, over the years, encompassing ashtanga, vinyasa ,shivananda and yin yoga, plus having completed 8 10 day Vipassana meditation retreats, have lead me to to create my very own fusion of what I feel is most enjoyable. My classes are gentle but flowing, including affirmation and intention, asana, pranayama, meditation and music.
I like to teach classes that are enjoyable for everyone and am happy and able to offer modifications where needed.
Apart from practicing and teaching yoga I love spending time in nature and by the beach, with my family and my dog, cat and other animals. I love cooking and eating delicious foods, cycling, dancing, swimming in the ocean, summer sun and winter fires. I am a fan of all things simple and I believe we must create a better world and protect our beautiful earth. Yoga creates a connection between all and, over time, makes us care and love more deeply.... this is wonderful!
