So in the last 24 hours these three accounts have been created.
I wasn't going to do a public post on this, but I think we need to highlight something.

As streamers, we have disliked dip boxes from the start. This is because of several reasons, including personal viewpoints. I have never hidden my dislike towards dip boxes so I suspect some people may think we have created these profiles.

Hand on heart we haven't, I don't agree with the targeting of specific people so publicly in this manner. Regardless of what people may or may not have done, I also don't think it is fair to target accounts in this manner.

If you don't like dip boxes, don't visit those streams. Don't raid those streams.

If you do dip boxes, it is nothing personal against you as a streamer. As a business we know why you do them!

If you are wondering why we are making this announcement, we do suspect that someone believes it us after being botted twice tonight 😅.

So we are taking a bit of a break from streaming now until 151 launch.
We haven't had a break for a good 12 months so we thought we will recharge our batteries now.

So on the back of the whirlwind night that was Friday, after pulling a 1/1 and an auto we are now being accused of things we would never consider doing.

Normally we would not air this but we want to tell everyone our side.

A customer User (rest of user name is blanked out) came into our stream 2 hours and 23 mins and started purchasing Obsidian Flames.

After numerous purchases and us breaking 2 booster boxes on stream, the User is now claiming that we either re sealed the booster boxes or tampered to take out the hits as they got nothing but rares.

The first picture above is a picture of all their hits from 2 and a bit booster boxes. The second picture was freebies we gave them as parts of their break was rough.

We now have evidence of them not mentioning us directly but using terms such as Reputable Seller and only getting Rares from Obisdian.

I wanted to raise that this individual is speaking about us at Jurassic Cards. We have nothing to hide and the VOD is up for everyone to view. I have contacted seller support regarding this situation and awaiting their response. I have reached out to the user and they haven't responded.

We have spent the last 18 months streaming, building up our brand. For both Beck and myself, JC is our baby. We would not do anything to tarnish its reputation.

If you do see the User make any other comments in any streams then please do not go nasty or bombard them with slanderous comments as that is something we don't want. Instead just advice them to go to this insta post to see our statement!

If you purchased something which we didn't physically have as it was donated on the night then the individual who donated the item will send it.
For those of you who did have stuff with us and also purchased some stuff from a donation made on the night then we will either send out what we have along with a note of what is due or if it is multiple items from multiple people then we will get them to send to us and we will send everything out as one package. Just so we can ensure you get everything.
