Live house and techno duo Earbeer and a selection of their DJ friends including the Lazy Bones crew and Dj Joss Simmonds will be closing the summer with an afternoon/evening of sounds to sip suds to at Signature Brew Blackhorse Road.

DJs on the day will be dropping summery grooves with Earbeer performing two completely live sets with a whole host of beats, samples and bleeps straight from the machines.

If the mood takes them they will up the tempo into the night for those who want the full day-party experience.

Last year, we hosted Femmestival an all day showcase of women in music with live music, DJs and workshops. We want to extend a massive thank you to all of the organisers, acts and everyone that came down. Femmestival happened thanks to NextGen Funded by 📸

Starting this week, we're opening our Sun Trap Bar, every sunny day for the rest of the summer. Catching the sun until late in the evening, The Sun Trap opposite the brewery has its own bar with fresh Signature Brew beer, frozen cocktails, co****le and on weekends and event days the 7 Bone food truck.

The collaborative sound system project between rising Jamaican star Lila Ike and London DJ/musician Josh Skints is coming to Walthamstow. They bring their third "Wurl Dance" party on the eve of Carnival weekend.

You can expect an outdoor evening session with full sound system in the yard of Signature Brew in Walthamstow.

Wurl Sound will have guest DJs and microphone appearances, a digital, vinyl and dubplate selection and a whole lot of bassline for this unmissable summer party for all reggae lovers

The best ingredients and the right conditions

At Signature Brew, we're always working to get the basics of beer absolutely bang on. There are 4 primary ingredients in every pint: Malt, Hops, Yeast and Water. We source these from local farmers, ancient fields in Europe and even create our own water with a reverse-osmosis machine! Our process for turning those fine components into a pint involves toasting, mashing, whirlpool and dry hopping. But who could forget the best bit, frequent quality control!
