Guests will enjoy a cocktail and canape reception followed by Adam’s Winning main course from the Great British Menu TV Show - Comfort Food Sounds Good -
followed by his GBM dessert of ‘Madchester’ I am the Resurrection – Treacle tart, clotted cream ice cream, orange and mint.
Adam will be preparing the dishes with your help in the cookery school and you will make your own Madchester tart to take away.
