Morning all, it's world Kindness Day and Remembrance Day today.
Let's share a little bit of kindness.
Small acts kindness can make a big difference to someone let them know that you care and give a kind thought to those who lost their lives.

Try to be a rainbow in someone else's clouds.🌈
A little bit of kindness can go a long way. This doesn't need to be big gestures as the smallest of things can mean the most.
It's also important that you are kind to yourself too, as you are amazing!!

Morning all, please try and let go off things that you can't control give yourself some mind space. If you are finding this difficult why not try a medatation or a walk or something you really enjoy doing.

Always remind yourself that you are amazing!!

When we are grateful for things it can change our mind-set to be more positive. Plus we realise how blessed we are.

This dosnt need to be major things, it can be small things like the sound of birds singing.

If something is getting us down, look to see if there is any positive within it. An example can be your job .. it pays the bills, gives you purpose to get up early etc

Or you grateful for a person for example hey picked you whilst you were down.

Put trust in yourself, if your gut telling you to reach out to someone it shows you genuinely care.

On another note, if your gut is telling you something dosnt feel right it's OK to explore this.

Listen to you gut. You are amazing!!

Hi, thanks for looking at my page.

This is a new journey for me and I would love to share this with you!

I recently passed my mindfulness medatation course in April 22 with Mindfulness Now.

I am certified in teaching mindfulness.
This is an amazing tool, it has so many health benefits.
Mindfulness teaches us to enjoy the here and now by being in the moment instead of being on constant auto pilot.
