Raised In
We’re a social enterprise dedicated to providing first-rate nursery care whilst supporting community hubs.
We offer early years education for children aged 6mths–5yrs old. We have four nurseries across Bristol in Easton, St Pauls and Southmead. Many community organisations struggle to find enough income to keep going as their government grants dwindle. We knew from our own experience of working in, and with, community organisations that we could design an innovative solution to help work alongside them
“The team at Raised in Bristol at the Docklands Centre have been so wonderful. I feel very lucky to have enjoyed such confidence in feeling he is in good care. It's a really special place!” – Raised in Bristol Parent

Calling all under 5s and their grown-ups for our first Toddler Takeover since 2020!
On Friday 13 September, we'll be running 'Fantastic Feast', a special event for little ones that's all about food.
With no school groups around, it's a chance for younger ones to have the exhibits to themselves and join in with some wonderful activities we've developed for this age group.
Make a tasty fruit and vegetable salad in the Kitchen, take a tour around our toddler supermarket and get creative with different food shapes in our 'Atelier Penne' (and let us clear up the mess!).
We'll be running story time and our under 6s Planetarium show ' Spin the Spaceship' at various time throughout the day as well, so there'll be plenty to keep curious little minds busy.
Come and play!
Tickets and info: https://bit.ly/3YHQJBR
Toddler Takeover runs from 10am to 3pm, special ticket prices apply.

At Raised In we’re deeply saddened by the recent racist riots in Bristol. We stand against all forms of racism, discrimination and intolerance and as educators seek to teach the children in our care to embrace and celebrate all cultures, backgrounds and religions.
We stand in solidarity with everyone impacted by the recent appalling events in the city and across the UK, especially those from minority ethnic backgrounds.
