Working in partnership with SL Developments, Pocklington Interiors are currently working fitting out four stunning identical high spec new build properties.
Nine-inch-wide Warm Brushed Oak Karndean to the entire ground floor area, with a 5mm Ebony feature strip boarder with the main body of the flooring fitted on a 45-degree angle.

Using a contrasting feature strip really helps define the contours of each room.
Really pushes the property up another level in terms of design and finish!

A couple of snaps from recent Karndean flooring works.
A really rustic look on this first snap, using Van Gogh - Salvaged Barnwood for a really dramatic look into my clients hallway, bathroom and bedrooms.
A more toned-down design for this lovely Bathroom, using Knight Tile – Riven Slate.
Laid brick bond, with chalk design strips between to give a lovely contrast.

**A RECENTLY COMPLETED TOTAL INTERIOR DESIGN & SUPPLY RE-MODEL COMMISSON**
Pocklington Interiors were pleased to be instructed to design and supply all fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings within this STUNNING Bungalow located in the desirable Lincolnshire village of Burgh Le Marsh.
The 3rd property these clients have given me instructions for!

From the stunning Karndean flooring throughout, paired with British wool carpets; to the hand painted solid ash navy blue and porcelain kitchen with gable end feature island; harmonising with KitchenAid & Neff appliances throughout.

The list goes on - British handmade sofas, made to measure furniture in both the master suite, and second bedroom.
Handsewn window dressings, and bespoke wooden venetian blinds complete the look.

I use British companies for the majority of my bespoke products, whenever possible.
I am proud to support Made in Britain wherever possible.
From our European neighbours came – all feature lighting, and door furniture.

My clients and I are thrilled with the end results!

A chunky 80mm Silestone bench supports the furniture above.
A top of the range electric feature fire place makes the REAL statement within this design.
The rich tones of the Cuban Oak cabinetry dominate, paired some stunning brushed brass bar handles to finish; all contrasting perfectly with the navy-blue feature wall.
The 55” LG TV becomes the focal point for chilled out days, and relaxed evenings beside the fire.

This STUNNING upholstered bed and recessed TV unit really give this bedroom a real feel of luxury and glamour!
Upholstered in taupe crushed velvet featuring a full height panelled headboard, integrated bed frame and inset TV panelling surrounds.

Handmade floor length eyelet curtains, bed runner, cushions and not forgetting the matching drum lampshades.

This morning’s installation Vision Blinds & floor length wave sheer voiles!

Using the FABULOUS Turin Alabaster fabric from Louvolite, fitted into 70mm fabric covered cassettes.
All made to measure, using the best rechargeable Somfy motors paired with a 5-channel remote control giving my clients endless control options!

Wave sheer voiles added to soften the space, flooring length fitted onto a discreet top fix track – white powered coated.
