Excited to announce I am now part of three streams therapy, providing person to person sessions, to new and existing clients, based in Oru, Sutton. Oru provides a wellbeing space for various therapies, including talking therapy, acupuncture and physiotherapy. Oru will be launching sap facilities in May, such as infra- red sauna and cold water therapy.
From January I will be offering one to one sessions to of Sound therapy. The sessions can be standalone or integrated within talking therapy sessions. The healing power of sound therapy helps to lower stress levels, cholesterol levels and improves a persons immune system and sleep.

Try to balance your own thoughts with ways to be present and helpful to your loved ones.
Provide support by
- listening to their needs.
- Be respectful of their privacy.
-Educate yourself about cancer.
-Support your loved ones treatment decisions
-Keep things normal and be yourself
-Stay connected and be available for them
