These two future champs have just been turned out for summer grazing. They were sent in for backing and will come back in the winter for more training. we hope to see them go on and win on the racetrack

Not to be outdone by his stable mate, On Friday we headed to Waverton House with kevin and Judy Thomas beautiful young horse Mr T.STW. A stunning test for 25 and a super double clear to finish 3rd 🥉. Patch is an exciting horse who is only in his first season eventing and is still leaning his job. 🏆🏆Alvescot Five Star takes our first WIN from our new base The Day House Stables, the Sherwood magic is obviously still here which is lucky for us!! Winning the novice at leading from start to finish on 21.5. Absolutely thrilled for the Alvescot five star syndicate, fiver is upgrading to novice this year and after a couple of educational runs, it all came together for a class win. Thanks to everyone involved and especially our top team for keeping the show on the road. Looking forward to the rest of the season with this special boy and the dressage regionals in a few weeks time 💚

With the disappointment of Chatsworth International being abandoned we headed to Hartpury Showjumping. Kevin and Minnie Manoeuvrez…. The little horse with the biggest of hearts steps up again to jump double clear in her first Foxhunter, will she ever stop surprising us 🧡 Alvescot Five Star jumped fantastically in the Newcomers and feels amazing, cant wait to get him out eventing. MR.T STW aka Patch owned by Kevin and also jumped amazing in his first Newcomers. Considering he’s only been jumped for a few months, he’s a very exciting horse for the future 🤎 please stop raining so we can go eventing!!

🏆🥇Enjoyable evening watching Fozzy aka Captain Attridge WIN at Hereford last night for Henry Oliver Racing Ltd and owners Mark & Sue Howells. He was the First horse to arrive in our new yard for pre training so a real thrill to see him go out and smash it. Congratulations to all connected 🥂🥂 and to Henry for having a double win on the night.

Good to be back jumping at Hartpury. Double clears alround for the team. Alvescot five star and Minnie manoeuvrez both on top flying form, and enjoying themselves, and new boy MR.T STW was at his first ever jumping show. He performed two classy double clears, taking all the atmosphere in his stride. He’s just so cool. Bring on the start of the season 💚

The event season planning is in full swing…. This gorgeous boy Royal March is still looking for his perfect 🏡 he is a xc machine and rearing to go for this season, he really is a great addition to anyones string. Intermediate/3* level 🤩🤩🤩

Today we waved Jerry off to his lovely new home where he’s going to be treated like the king he is. Jerry was sent to us after he took a dislike to being a racehorse and we retrained him to event and dressage. We and his owners had a lot of fun with Jerry and he was certainly a yard favourite. A real softy with a cheeky personality. Wishing his new owners lots of fun and success and look forward to seeing them out and about.

Jerry is a beautiful mover and the judges love him. Regularly scoring 70+ %. Competed upto BE 100 proving to be bold and straight in the jumping phases. He absolutely LOVES xc and will jump anything out in front of him.

He is the yard favourite, has a lovely personality and temperament to die for. Loves fuss and thrives on attention. Jerry is super easy to have around and good to do in all ways. Lives in or out. Eligible ROR and would excel at this.

Bicton International Horse Trials what a great end to the season. Alvescot Five Star took the win in the 1003Day. It was a fantastic experience for him to do a proper old school long format. We were delighted with this result, he’s had a busy season doing 2 jobs and only 5 weeks ago he was getting placed at the National Dressage Championships so this win is just the icing on the cake. Really thrilled with him and for his owners and an exciting season to look forward to next year. Minnie Manoeuvrez has had an unbelievable season and she was once again giving her absolute all around a decent 2* track, sadly three fences from home mark and Minnie parted company. It hasn’t bought us down tho off the Minnie manoeuvrez high this season, she’s given us and her owners so much fun and success so bring on next season with her. 🧡 Royal March finished his season with a class double clear in the 2*S. He pulled right back up the order after a test where tension crept in spoiling a good start, but strong jumping phases meant he pulled up 23 places to finish 16th. A good result to consolidate his season, this horse really does love his job and he thrived at Bicton around a decent galloping track 🤎 A busy but fun week juggling horses, kids and horses at home which at one point meant mark found himself plaiting for the first time in 20years!!!!!! 🤪 and they were pretty good so no more excuses next year!!!!!! 🧡Minnie Manoeuvrez has had an incredible season, she just completed her first 2* at South of England. A consistent test which she wasn’t phased by the atmosphere and jumped her socks off in the ring just knocking one rail coming out of treble as she jumped the middle part so big, Her first rail this season. She stormed the xc well inside the time taking all on with her ears pricked. What a little superstar!! We are thrilled with her attitude at her first international and excited for her future. The Le Mieux National Dressage Championships.. wow what a show. An amazing experience for Alvescot five star in the huge atmosphere which he performed so brilliantly for 70% in the novice on the final day for another top 10 finish. To come away with two top 10 finishes in both his classes we more than delighted about. Look forward to the challenge to qualify again. Wow Alvescot Five Star came 6th in the Elementary class at the Le Mieux British Dressage National Championships. He held his own against some extremely classy combinations. It’s such an amazing show and has been a real education for us to get a taste of British Dressage at the top level. 💥💥 Bring on tomorrow for the Novice 😜 💚 .m.devoucoux

💥💥Cornbury International Horse Trials… what an Event.. what a day… What a result 💥💥 San Solo smashed out a 26.8 dressage in the Open Intermediate and was on fire in the extreme heat of the day for a strong double clear finishing in 4th with an FOD!! We were ecstatic with this result even more when we saw the top 10 names around us absolutely thrilled for owners we had a wonderful day and totally spoilt by the amazing hospitality in the owners tent put on by . It was a joy to go to an event where attention to detail for horses owners and riders was second to non which made our day even more special. It’s now our mission to have our horses ready to enter Cornbury every year. 💚 .m.devoucoux

Alvescot five star performed a beautiful test in the Elementary to score 70% which had him in the lead to the very end of class dropping to 3rd place. Delighted with his performance and we are back again at the Regionals tomorrow for the Novice class 🤞🏻we want a sash!! .m.devoucoux

A great day at Aston le walls with Minnie manoeuvrez and Alvescot five star both jumping double clears to take 5th in each of their sections. They both cruised around xc making it feel very easy, looking forward to some autumn internationals with them both. 🤩

She is growing in so much confidence with every run at this level now, exciting season ahead with her 🧡 Alvescot five star had a good run in the novice gaining another qualification under his belt.

🌟Royal March owned by Di and Chezzie brough stepped upto Intermediate at Catton park with a brilliant double clear for 6th place🤩 Roy has been knocking on the door of stepping up for sometime and Catton was a fantastic event to have a crack at. A brilliant day and great to be riding at the higher level again
